Our Solution: We engineered a cantilevered aluminum louvered structure with adjustable blades for precise sun control. Powder-coated profiles resist salt air and UV fading. The motor system allows one-touch operation, so staff can open or close the roof in seconds as the sun moves.
Project Results: The terrace now serves guests through peak daytime hours, increasing daily covers and revenue. The hotel reports cooler dining conditions, a premium look, and minimal maintenance thanks to the anti-corrosion finish.
